Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Reiki and Indian Head Massage Appointments

 

Please be advised that cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment via either Fresha Online Booking, direct message from the Suffolk Reiki website, text or phone call will be processed without a penalty.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the service rate.  

Appointment no shows (where failure to give any prior notice occurs) will be subject to a 100% charge of service rate.

Please note that where clients are taking advantage of a reduced price offer, payment links will be sent out for the appropriate cancellation charge.  In the event that card details are not added to complete the cancellation charge, Suffolk Reiki reserve the right to recover the full price session charge via Fresha and a refund for the difference being given when the client supplies bank details.

Please note that the cancellation policy applies to those booking appointments to redeem vouchers. Any cancellation charge due will be deducted from the value of the voucher.

If Suffolk Reiki cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.

Cancellation of Reiki Courses

 

Reiki courses cancelled, more than one week prior to the course date, will not be subject to a cancellation charge other than the loss of the non-refundable deposit paid to secure the place.

Reiki courses cancelled within one week of the course date, will be subject to loss of non-refundable deposit and a 100% charge of the final course balance payment.

Where it is necessary for Suffolk Reiki to cancel a course, a new course date will be offered.  If a convenient date for both parties can not be found, the full course cost will be refunded.  Suffolk Reiki will not be liable for any other costs due to the cancellation.
